this is for ~andells, who makes beautiful, beautiful art that makes me very happy. so, I wanted to draw her some art that hopefully will make her happy. unfortunately, by combination of no-reference and I-suck, you get awkward-handwave girl that doesn't actually look like Rapunzel at all. ):
